There could be several reasons why a payment is not accepted. In such cases it is best if you contact your bank. The issue can often be resolved quickly. As an alternative, you can try using another payment method. If several methods of payment are rejected for you, please contact our customer service team.

Order processing generally takes 1-3 business days with shipping times being determined by Australia Post/SENDLE respectively. Please note multiple items from an order may cause delayed dispatch if these items exist in different stock locations. A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched that you can use to track the status of your shipment.

If you are not home on the day your shipment is delivered, no problems! Australia Post / SENDLE will either leave an attempted delivery card if you don’t have a MyPost account, or you will receive digital notifications either via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. You can then pick it up from the Post Office at a more convenient time for you.
